Whisk together eggs and vermouth in small bowl.Drizzle ‘over flour mixture and mix together using hands, bringing ‘dough together and kneading until smooth dough forms. Roll out dough on well-floured work surface and, using 3-inch cookie eutters, eut out various holiday shapes. Place on baking sheet lined with Longo's Essentials Parchment Paper. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Gather unused dough and re-roll and eut out more cookies to bake. Let cookies cool completely. Hcing: Whisk together icing sugar lemon juice and 2 tbp of water until smooth, adding more water, necessary. Spread icing on cookies and add sprinkles to decorate. Let stand until icing is firm.
