RECIPE BY CHEF DALE MACKAY SASKATOON, SK EASY-BAKED ONION DIP £ INGREDIENTS 1. 1% tbsp vegetable oil 2. 3cups onion, finely diced cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese cup Hellman's Real Mayonnaise 3. % cup CO-OP GOLD Sour Cream Xtsp garlic powder Xtsp onion powder è FN # Atsp salt é £ Xtsp black pepper 4, Xtsp lemonzest Xcup green onions, finely sliced k Ytsp fresh thyme, minced Preheat oven to 350°F. Toss oil and onions together in a bowl. Place on a baking tray and cover tightly With foil. Put in a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes. Remove foil, stir onions, and replace foil on top of the onions. Bake for another 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Transfer the onions to a mixing bowl and let them cool. . Add all other ingredients. Mix well with a wooden spoon or with a paddle attachment if using a stand mixer. . Transfer to a serving bowl, cover and let cool in the fridge until ready to serve with your favourite CO-OP chips.
