Cg Algoma Orchards Since 1964, apple trees have lined Algoma Orchards, located in Ontario's lush Durham Region. With over 1200 acres, they harvest many varieties of apples, including Gala, Honeycrisp and Ambrosia. Located in Curran, Ont., Léon Delorme farm produces white, red, yellow and russet potatoes. It’s currently run by third-generation farmer Nicholas Henrard. Vibrant, creamy potatoes taste great sliced in half, tossed in olive oil, salt and pepper and roasted until tender and browned, with crispy edges.
