When they were first impounded, lake beds were covered in submerged timber and structure. Over time, much of this habitat has degraded—leaving fisheries vulnerable and in decline. To address this problem, Johnny Morris donated $2.5 milion in seed money to get the partnership off the ground. CTUCR CRE ECC ME CRUE CC specially built by TRACKER MARINE® deployed more than 2,100 mega- structures. The new habitat reinvigorated the lake and transformed its bass fishing. In fact, the project is central to the reason why Table Rock Lake is recognized as one the best bass fisheries in the country. Since 2007, the Partnership has generated an economic value of more than $1 billion to the nation. Johnny Morris, united with anglers across the country and the Bass Pro Shops family of outdoor companies, continues to lead the charge.
