Organic Plain Greek Yogurt 2 tsp each baking powder, baking soda and Farm Boy" Ground Cinnamon 1/2 tsp each ground ginger (or allspice) and salt 2 cups all-purpose flour 4 Farm Boy'" Large Omega-3 Eggs 3 medium ripe pears, cut into 1/2" pieces 1/4 cup toasted Farm Boy" Pumpkin Seeds, plus more for garnish 1/4 cup chopped toasted pecans Cream Cheese Glaze: 1 cup icing sugar, sifted 1 pack Farm BoyTM Cream Cheese Spread 4 Tbsp Farm BoyT" Milk 2 tsp vanilla extract COOK TIME: SERVES: (ed) 40 mins 12 E: ET UE Directions 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a Bundt pan or a tall 9” round pan. N In large mixer bowl combine sugar, canola cooking oil, Greek yogurt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ground ginger and salt. Beat for 3 minutes. 3 Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. » Add flour and mix just until batter is evenly combined. ou Fold in pears, pumpkin seeds and pecans, mixing gently but thoroughly. oo Pour onto well-greased pan and bake for 40-42 minutes, or until a tester comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack. D While cake cools, make the glaze: in mixer bowl or food processor, combine icing sugar, cream cheese spread, milk and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
