Add salmon filet, lesh side down. Refrigerate for 2hours. Pomegranate Avocado Salsa: Stir together avocado, ar, tomatoes,cilantro, oil lime juice, salt and pepper in bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Place salmon fillt, skin side down, on baking sheet ined with Longos Parchment Paper. Roast in preheated 425°F oven for about 10 minutes or until fish is golden and flakes with fork. Cut fillet into À portions, remove from skin and top with Pomegranate Avocado Salsa to serve.
